Alma, an anthropologist living alone, is asked to test a humanoid robot for 3 weeks in order to write an ethical report about it. Tom was created entirely according to Alma's needs, with the sole aim of making her happy. Alma, however, is not at all enthusiastic about the matter and in fact Tom is annoying at first. But he was also programmed to perfect himself.
