Remake of the Swedish film "A Man Called Ove". Otto pedantically ensures that the rules in his housing estate are obeyed. This doesn't make him any friends, but he doesn't want any either, because after the death of his wife he doesn't want to go on living. That's when the cheerful Marisol and her family move in opposite, and over time she manages to build up a bond with Otto.
