Captain Stottlemeyer has arrested a Colombian drug lord who is feared for his many outbursts, but he is supposed to hand him over to the FBI. Mr. Monk, however, has other things to worry about, because he has to do his jury duty. In the process, he drives the other jurors crazy, because not only does he disagree with them, he also solves another case along the way.
