A woman is found murdered on the beach after ringing the doorbell of computer tycoon Peter Magneri's beach villa that evening to no avail. To Mr. Monk's great shock, it is a nudist beach, and for him the convinced nudist Chance Singer, who lives in a caravan right next door, must be the murderer.
