Comedy from 1986 with Tom Hanks. The couple Walter and Anna need a new place to stay at short notice, but have little money. Walter soon gets a very cheap offer, especially as the place looks like a magnificent villa from the outside. They sign the contract, but soon realize that they have bought a dump in urgent need of renovation.
