An app redirects traffic so that there are constant traffic jams in front of the Simpsons' house, which is why they call a neighborhood meeting. There the family learns that they are not very popular. To change this, Homer wants to do something about the traffic jams. In the jam, Moe also meets his old love, the diminutive Maya, and falls in love again. But will it last this time?
