Serge Mamou-Mani, frustrated by life, is the only doctor who makes emergency house visits in Paris late on Christmas Eve, and he doesn't play by the rules. When he suffers from lumbago, he decides to let Malek, a delivery driver, do his job, secretly instructing him by cell phone. Of course, not everything goes smoothly.
