In 1971, Carolyn and Roger Perron move into a farmhouse in Rhode Island with their 5 daughters. It quickly becomes clear that the building is haunted and so they hire Ed and Lorraine Warren to get to the bottom of it. The Warrens are historical figures on whose records and books several films are based.
