At Joel and Ellie's hideout, Henry and his younger deaf brother Sam show up. Since Henry thinks he knows a way to get out of town undetected through a tunnel system, the four team up. Along the way, Ellie befriends Sam. But Kathleen and her posse are still searching the town.
