Grampa Simpsons retires as champion of the fishing competition and expects Homer to take over his position. Although he has never won anything, he catches the biggest fish. He soon realizes that Bart has been cheating and they decide to cheat in all kinds of competitions. Meanwhile, Lisa hopes to be accepted to the university summer camp.
