In 1955 Susie Q (Amy Jo Johnson) went to Willow Valley's winter formal with Johnny Angel (Bentley Mitchum). On their way to the dance they where both killed by a drunk driver. Forty years later Zack (Justin Walin) found a bracelet while fishing near the car accident. He can now see Susie's ghost. She needs his help to find mortgage document which will help her parents in a tough situation. Her spirit can't be free until she settles her responsibilities she left behind.
