Halil Özşan, better known as Hal Ozsan (born October 26, 1976), is a British actor and singer-songwriter of Turkish Cypriot descent. He is best known for his roles as Michael Cassidy in the hit ABC Family series Kyle XY, Todd Carr in the WB's Dawson's Creek, and Miles Cannon in 90210.
