The second season of the David Lynch television series Twin Peaks had 22 episodes of which the last two were one double episode. From the beginning the series was broadcasted on ABC with episodes written by Lynch and Mark Frost, and then later by guest directors. The second season was a great success with the viewers and saw a considerably large fan base for having only two seasons.
