Six-year-old Zana lives with his slightly older brother Dana in the Kurdish part of Iraq in the 1990s. When the two orphans see a movie about movie about Superman, they decide to go to America to ask the superhero for help. Without knowing where they they have to go, they set out on the dangerous journey.
