It's Halloween and Phil and Claire want to celebrate as usual, but their children feel too old for it. Jay is now renovating Cam and Mitch's kitchen and they are staying with Jay and Gloria, but Gloria is annoyed by this and Jay is making no progress with the work. Meanwhile, Alex wants to leave Ben and Haley has a job interview.
