Duff brewery wants to replace Duffman with a new mascot and his sexist actions make his situation even worse. Therefore, he publicly claims to have a daughter, showing a photo of him with Lisa. When she confronts Duffman along with Homer, she learns that he actually has a daughter with whom he no longer has any contact. The three of them set out to see her.
