A man is murdered and all the evidence points to a martial arts star as the culprit. But Sonny Chow, known as "the Cobra", has been dead for years, even if some fans don't want to believe it. Monk has another problem, however, because Natalie insists that he pay her expenses for him, something he never did with Sharona.
