Bart is disrespectful towards Homer, which is why Homer wants to teach him who's boss. When Bart refuses to eat his broccoli, an argument ensues in which neither of them wants to give in. Marge can think of no other solution than to send them off on a therapy sailing ship. But Bart gets the upper hand there.
