John Ottway is a hunter protecting a remote oil facility in Alaska from wolves. After losing his wife, he is suicidal. But then the plane in which he is traveling with oil workers crashes and he and a small group of survivors have to fend off a pack of hungry wolves in the freezing wilderness. With no hope of help, they fight for survival.
