At the funeral of a theater director, Marge remembers how she was a stage manager in high school, overseeing a play about the year 2000. She is eager to perform the play again, and even Sasha Reed, who has made a career in theater in New York, is back. But Marge has to realize in the course of rehearsals that she wasn't as popular back then as she thought.
