In the near future, a just-grown Lisa accidentally meets Nelson in an empty stadium. They spark again, and she accompanies him to a church tower where he lives as a bell ringer. But she leaves him the next morning, and they don't meet again until five years later, when Lisa is married to entrepreneur Hubert Wong.
