Bart wins a bottle of tequila on a Spanish-language TV show. Homer steals it from his son and treats everyone to one in Moe's tavern. Moe drinks a little too much himself and begins to spill the secrets of the people of Springfield that he knows through the bartenders' secret organization. As a result, he is kicked out of the organization and his guests are never allowed to drink alcohol again.
