Michael Clayton is working for a large law firm. He does the dirty work. When a client gets into trouble for driving through after a car accident he looks after it and makes sure it is settled before it goes to trial. He gets into trouble as one of the top lawyer of the firm looses it and starts working with the opponents of his clients.
