David Waters and his older friend and supervisor Jim Stone work in the Las Vegas Police Department's evidence room. Jim accidentally discovers that an obviously very financially powerful drug gang is moving stuff into a building. When he finds out that a safe is housed there, he plans a burglary with David in hopes of making a lot of money.
