Bart desperately wants a cell phone too. By chance, he finds Denis Leary's cell phone and takes it. When Marge finds out, she secretly activates the tracking function on the cell phone and follows him via GPS so that she always knows what Bart is up to. Lisa knows this too and tells Bart.
