Language settings
omdb sees itself as an international platform for movie and media. For this reason you can write articles for omdb in any language. The different language versions of an article are stored separately next to each other in a large database. However, the cast, all categories and the film data are displayed universally in all language versions. This “objective” data is language independent.
You can easily switch back and forth between the different languages. This is done via the selection at the top of the screen in the menu bar. If you have switched to another language, you will see all the information that is general and language-independent. All special information that was written in a language (usually the main article or subpages) is not displayed. Of course, you can translate this content into your own language.
